The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items are non-returnable unless damaged.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund as per your preference.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If approved the replaced product will be delivered within 10 days

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
