Damaged or Defective Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you receive a damaged or defective item:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notify us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of delivery by emailing <strong>sales@tanturtle.org <\/strong> with your order number and photos\/videos of the damaged product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once verified, we will offer a <strong>replacement<\/strong> or <strong>full refund<\/strong> as per your preference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
